SEKVENCA is an award-winning production company based in Zagreb, Croatia, that focuses on producing author-driven films with strong international appeal.
SEKVENCA has produced or co-produced several successful films, such as Picnic (premiered at Berlinale FF, European Film Award winner), Mater (premiered at Tallinn Black Nights, awarded at Taormina FF, FEST Belgrade, etc.), Jimmie (opening film at Rotterdam IFF, Busan FF), The Lovetts (premiered at CPH DOX), and Sirin (premiered at Sarajevo FF), among others.
Films produced by SEKVENCA, as well as projects in development, have been supported by Eurimages, Creative Europe MEDIA, the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, CNC, the Film Centre Serbia, MIBACT, Re-Act, HRT – Croatian Radiotelevision, the Slovenian Film Center, the Film Fund Sarajevo, and others.
